Operative words
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this act, or any lawful rule or regulation made by the state department of health pursuant to the authority herein granted, or who shall fail or refuse to obey any lawful order issued by any state, county or municipal health officer pursuant to the authority granted in this act shall be deemed guilty of misdemeanor
Penalty
35-1-105(b): fine to $100, imprisonment to six months, or both, plus expenses, civil damages preserved; 35-1-106: fine to $1,000, imprisonment to one year, or both; 35-4-101: fine to $100, 30 days; 35-4-105: $500, one year; 35-4-109: $500, six months, plus civil liability (35-4-110); 35-7-113: $750, six months
