Penalty
What it required
In every 'COVID-19 liability claim' (transmission, infection, exposure or potential exposure 'on any person's or entity's premises', 1-1-141(a)(iii)(A)(I)) the claimant is presumed to have assumed the risk on entering the premises (b), except for 'acts or omissions constituting gross negligence or willful or wanton misconduct' (c); nothing limits the immunity of 35-4-114(d) (d).
Retrieval note(a)(ii) defines COVID-19 by reference to 'the public health emergency declared by the governor under W.S. 35-4-115(a)(i) on March 13, 2020' (Ex. WY-001). The enrolled act is DUT-WY-009.
