b. Tables must be limited to groups of 6, preferably of the same household...; f. Staff that come within 6 feet of customers or other staff shall wear face coverings; staff shall perform hand hygiene between interactions with each table

What it required

Restaurants and bars 'may provide' on-premises service only on conditions: patrons seated at tables, groups of six, six-foot table spacing, staff face coverings and hand hygiene, playgrounds closed, no dart or pool leagues, dances, events or karaoke.
