'Section 2. I hereby direct the closure of all public schools in the State of South Carolina, to include all public colleges and universities, to students and employees, beginning on Monday, March 16, 2020, through Tuesday, March 31, 2020, unless such directive is otherwise modified, amended, extended, or rescinded. This Order applies to all students and employees of public schools...' Section 4: gatherings 'limited so as not to exceed one hundred (100) people.'
