Operative words

Pursuant to the President's Memorandum on Maximizing Assistance to Respond to COVID-19, dated August 17, 2021, (86 FR 46759), and under the authority of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121-5207 (Stafford Act), FEMA applied the following for all COVID-19 related declarations: Federal funds for emergency protective measures (Category B), including direct Federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program (Section 403) are authorized at 100 percent of total eligible costs for work performed from January 20, 2020 through December 31, 2021.
