Operative words

The Director of the Office of Management and Budget determines that compliance by Federal contractors and subcontractors with the COVID-19 workplace safety protocols detailed in the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force guidance issued on September 24, 2021 will improve economy and efficiency by reducing absenteeism and decreasing labor costs for contractors and subcontractors working on or in connection with a Federal Government contract. DATES: September 24, 2021.
