Operative words

Chief among the recommended precautions is to limit person to person interactions. Therefore, it is hereby ordered that: Access to the James R. Browning (San Francisco), the William K. Nakamura (Seattle), the Pioneer (Portland) and the Richard H. Chambers (Pasadena) United States Courthouses is restricted to judges and court staff during non-court weeks. In the event any public court proceeding is held, it will be livestreamed.
