Operative words
'Article 1 Export authorisation 1. An export authorisation... shall be required for the export outside the Union of the personal protective equipment listed in Annex I... 2. Without the production of such export authorisation, the exportation is prohibited.' Annex I: protective spectacles and visors; face shields; mouth-nose protection equipment; protective garments; gloves.
