Operative words

Effective December 17, 2020, at 12:01am, the period of self-quarantine shall begin from the day of entry into the State and shall last 10 days... All persons in the State shall wear a face covering over their nose and mouth... as set forth in Exhibit J, which shall be enforced in each county... the disaster emergency relief period shall continue through February 14, 2021
