Pursuant to Iowa Code § 29C.6(6), I continue to temporarily suspend the regulatory provisions of Iowa Code §§ 135.61 through 135.73... Iowans should not expect that this suspension will be extended beyond February 15, 2022. [Sections Two to Seven: section 1135 waivers; tuberculosis screening; medication aides; out-of-state doctors and medical staff; hospital criminal history checks; in-person clinical experience — each 'should not expect that this suspension will be extended beyond February 15, 2022'].
