Operative words

'Face coverings. All people entering court-controlled areas must wear a face covering. This requirement applies regardless of a person's vaccination status. Signage in court-controlled areas shall be modified to reflect this change. Judges, in their discretion, may permit the removal of face coverings by participants or take other measures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in court proceedings. This requirement applies statewide and does not depend on a particular county's or area's positivity rate or transmission status.'
