Operative words
Per the City's announcement and press reports: 'everyone in the city three years of age or older must wear a face covering that covers the nose and mouth' in indoor public settings, on public transportation and ride-share and outdoors when six feet cannot be maintained; violation is a municipal infraction with a $10 fine, increasing to $15 after 30 days unpaid.
