Operative words
1. Large venue gatherings... are hereby prohibited. 2. Gatherings of 50 or more, both public and private, are hereby prohibited. Social gatherings of more than ten people are prohibited.... 4. Every person is required to wear a face covering... when the person is in a public place, or on the property of a public or private or charter school, or technical school or college or university... 5. All employers shall: [distancing; sanitation; disinfection]. 6. Visits to the Ada County Jail and state correctional facilities are prohibited... 7. Visits to long-term care facilities are allowed based on the following parameters: [CMS core principles; outdoor priority; indoor visits only if no new onset cases in 14 days]... 8. When Central District Health designates Ada County as category 2 (Yellow) for schools, all bars and nightclubs previously closed by order of quarantine are allowed to open to the public... after the district approves their individual plans for reopening that includes the following protocols...: A. Occupancy will be limited...: a. Businesses with occupancy permits under 200 shall not exceed 50% of posted occupancy. b. Those permitted for 200-500 shall not operate beyond 30% capacity. c. Those permitted above 500 shall not operate above 20% capacity.... I. All dance floors will be closed.
Enforcement
¶ 10: 'Violation of or failure to comply with this Order could constitute a misdemeanor punishable by fine, imprisonment, or both. Idaho Code § 39-419.'
