The following public health restrictions and mitigations are instituted for Region 11, comprised of the City of Chicago: [indoor on-premises consumption suspended; 11:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m. closure; meetings and social events limited to the lesser of 25 people or 25 percent; remote work for high-risk workers].
