any individual in the below categories may apply for an initial temporary health care license if he or she is not currently licensed to practice in the state... Individuals who have been granted a temporary license may be granted up to an additional 90-day authorization to continue to provide health care services during this public health emergency.... Due to the closure of the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy as a result of COVID-19... I suspend the relevant provisions in Ind. Code § 5-2-1-9(e) and extend for an additional six (6) months the time period an officer may exercise law enforcement powers before completion of basic training.
