Operative words
Compliance or noncompliance of the executive order related to on-premises consumption will be considered upon renewals.... Until further notice, no Type II gaming activities should be conducted (May 18, 2020).... Customers are no longer required to be seated while in a bar or restaurant (Apr. 9, 2021, implementing EO 21-09).... Permittees with permanent carryout subtype: Gross Retail Income Required will need to begin tracking their on-premises/off-premises alcoholic beverage sales beginning July 1, 2021.
