Operative words

The disaster declaration of a public health emergency in Executive Order 22-01 is rescinded effective upon my signature at 7:00 p.m. on March 3, 2022.... The directives in Executive Order 22-02 are rescinded effective upon my signature at 7:00 p.m. on March 3, 2022, except that temporary licensing of certain health care workers will continue until March 31, 2022
