WHEREAS, a requirement to test staff and residents living and working in state-licensed adult care homes for COVID-19 is an important and necessary addition to other infection prevention and control (IPC) recommendations... [staff testing intervals by county positivity rate: once a month (low), once a week (medium), twice a week (high); outbreak testing every 3 to 7 days; staff with symptoms must be tested and restricted from the facility]

The Governor's June 14, 2021 release: 'Executive Order 21-15 is the only mechanism in place to require COVID-19 testing in certain adult care homes licensed by the state.'
