Operative words

Limited mass gatherings to 100 people or 50 percent of a venue's capacity, including bars, nightclubs, restaurants, fitness centers and health clubs; capped seating at eight per table with six feet or a physical barrier between tables; required all bars, night clubs, restaurants and other businesses licensed to sell alcohol for on-premises consumption to close by 11:00 p.m. and in-person dining to finish by 11:00 p.m.; required retail stores to inform patrons that masks are mandatory and to enforce the requirement; limited attendance at sporting, tournament and recreational events to two spectators per participant. 'The order takes effect Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at 12:01 a.m. until December 31, 2020, unless it is amended, revoked, or replaced.'

Enforcement

County resolution establishing a maximum fine of $500 for repeated violations and code-violation citations (up to $500 plus $20 court costs; no jail); deputies could cite in unincorporated areas from Nov. 18, 2020.
