Operative words

'on the 6th day of July, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners of Shawnee County passed Resolution 2020-44 regarding the use of face masks and face coverings in Shawnee County effective July 9, 2020' (recital in the Shawnee County LHO orders of July 24 and Nov. 12, 2020). Exceptions for children under ten, hard of hearing, pools and eating or drinking areas, exercise, and persons alone in a cubicle (Husch tracker, July 7, 2020).
