Operative words
Accordingly, all public health emergency orders issued under the authority of the March 10, 2020 declaration will expire at 12:01 am on June 15, 2021 unless previously rescinded. With the authorization of the Public Health Council and the approval of the Governor, the following public health emergency orders are hereby reissued under the authority May 28, 2021 declaration: 1....
