Part IV - Common Expectations for Hybrid and Remote Learning Models:... 'for remote instruction' which will be required of all SAUs.... Are you able to screen students and employees upon arrival for symptoms... Establish protocols for face coverings.

EO 7 FY 20/21 § I(A): compliance 'as defined and set forth in the Common Expectations for Remote and Hybrid Education' required 'to qualify for a state subsidy or publicly funded tuition'
Notes
The July 2020 Framework's six requirements (symptom screening, distancing, face coverings for staff and students age 5 and older, hand hygiene, PPE, return-to-school protocols) were the conditions of in-person instruction for 2020-21; DOE's color-coded county advisory followed July 31, 2020.
