Operative words
1.... Effective immediately, each person age five years of age or older shall wear a mask or cloth face covering which covers both the mouth and nose at all times when in Public Areas, except that during the summer months (i.e., from the effective date of this Emergency Order until midnight (12 a.m.) on September 22, 2020) masks or cloth face coverings may be temporarily removed when outdoors when a physical distance of at least six (6) feet from others can be maintained at all times. 2. Any person five years of age or older, including employees of businesses, entering any business open to the public... shall wear a mask or a cloth face covering... continuously during the time the person is in the Place of Business.... All Places of Business shall post signage... 3. Employees who recovered from symptoms of COVID-19 shall not return to work until they have met the CDC's guidelines for ending home isolation
