Operative words

1. All businesses, service providers and other organizations in the City of Somerville that are currently closed due to COVID-19 restrictions shall remain closed. 2. Those businesses and organizations who have been allowed to reopen following sector specific guidelines through Phase II, Step II shall be allowed to continue current operations, with no expansion in services or capacity. 3. This order shall not apply to health care facilities, or licensed health care providers.... 4. Gatherings of more than 10 people shall continue to be prohibited in the City of Somerville.... 5. This order shall remain in effect until further notice.
