Operative words
2. Effective May 7, 2021, all businesses and other organizations designated through Phase IV, Step 1 in the Commonwealth's Schedule A (most recently attached to the Governor's COVID-19 Order No. 66) may operate in the City of Somerville, subject to the limitations set herein. 3. Notwithstanding the designation in Phase IV, Step 1, dance floors shall not be permitted in the City. 4. Those entities permitted to operate through Phase IV, Step 1 shall be allowed to operate indoors at up to 50% of the permitted capacity, provided that six-foot social distancing is maintained.... 6. Food and beverage service shall only be allowed for patrons at seated tables.
