Operative words

This order closes all Chicago parks, beaches, and trails on and adjacent to the Lakefront, the Chicago Riverwalk, and the Bloomingdale Trail (the 606)... Any get-togethers of more than ten people in public or at home are also not allowed. The Police Department will help in making sure that people are following the rules.
