SECTION 1. Every establishment licensed under Chapter 4-60 of the Code [shall cease all sales of alcoholic liquor at 9:00 p.m. and post signage at each entrance and in every area where liquor is sold] (CDPH summary: 'the order sets a curfew for all liquor sales to 9 p.m. each evening...
