Operative words

In conjunction with General Administrative Order 2020-02 by Chief Judge Timothy Evans on September 21, 2020, the following procedures will be in effect for the Chancery Division.... I. REMOTE HEARINGS TO CONTINUE. Court hearings in the entire division will be held remotely by videoconference or teleconference as much as possible. Should a hearing need to be conducted in-person at the Daley Center, it will be held in accordance to protocols set forth in Chief Judge Evans' General Administrative Order 2020-02.... foreclosure matters are stayed and reset to a date after October 17, 2020... foreclosure sales are stayed until October 17, 2020.
