5. Whereas, commencing August 27, 2021, eviction cases currently under a 'CDC Stay' will be subject to judicial review in accordance with the procedures set forth herein. THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT AS OF AUGUST 27, 2021, THE COURT WILL IMPLEMENT THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES TO LIFT ALL CDC STAYS
