Operative words

1. The State Order, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment A, shall be fully implemented in Cuyahoga County provided that the term 'mass gatherings' shall include all athletic events with over 100 participants who compete in close proximity to each other, consistent with the intent of the State Order. 2. This Executive Order shall be in effect concurrently with the State Order.
