Operative words

WHEREAS, the Governor has rescinded Executive Order 2020-01D Declaring a State of Emergency; and WHEREAS, while COVID-19 continues to spread throughout the County, with the development and distribution of vaccines, it is appropriate to rescind prior Executive Orders... 1. That the following Executive Orders are hereby rescinded: EO2020-0002, dated March 11, 2020, Declaration of a State of Emergency for Cuyahoga County; and EO2021-0012, dated June 16, 2021, Declaration and Order Regarding Face Coverings, Social Distancing, and COVID-19 Screening in County Buildings.
