Operative words

this Order prohibits all indoor public and private gatherings and outdoor gatherings within an enclosed space of 50 persons or more anywhere in Mecklenburg County beginning at 8 a.m. on March 16, 2020 and continuing for four weeks through April 12, 2020... b. Gyms, fitness centers, health clubs and theaters will cease operations immediately.
