Arlington County Manager Mark Schwartz signed a Declaration of Local Emergency for Arlington County in response to the public health threat posed by the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The local emergency went into effect at 7 p.m. Friday, March 13, and the proclamation was ratified by the Arlington County Board on Saturday, March 14.... It remains in effect until rescinded.
