Operative words
The Executive Director of the Denver Department of Public Health & Environment ("DDPHE"), pursuant to section 24-16 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code, hereby adopts the State of Colorado's April 26 CDPHE Safer at Home Order") beginning 12:00 a.m. on May 9, 2020. To the extent CDPHE issues subsequent Safer at Home orders, they shall be automatically adopted and shall amend this Order.
