Operative words

Fare collection is suspended until July 1, 2020. Capacity is limited to approximately 15 passengers per bus, 20 on larger buses, and 30 riders per rail car. If you are unable to maintain social distancing, do not board. Instead, wait for the next vehicle.... All of the agency's bus and rail operators are now required to do the same, under a new RTD policy that takes effect today.
