Effective March 30, 2020, all district court criminal divisions will be [conducting proceedings by phone]... all writs are suspended until May 31, 2020.... The offices of Denver Adult Probation are closed to the public as of March 25th, 2020 until further notice.... all jury calls for a return date between now and May 15, 2020 have been or will be cancelled.
