On October 16, 2020, the Tri-County Health Department (TCHD) issued a public health order to limit public and private gatherings in Adams County... On October 22, 2020, undersigned issued an Addendum to the Eighth Amended Administrative Order... The highlights of that Order included: 1. All jury trials that are not currently underway are suspended up to, but not including, December 7, 2020; [2. staff to work] 40% from home until further notice;... 4. The First Appearance Center will be closed to the public by October 26, 2020
