Operative words
State and local orders restricting movement and/or requiring shelter-in-place have been rescinded or limited and the SCAO has determined that existing orders would not prevent the court from implementing Phase Two requirements... Employees work remotely where feasible to facilitate social distancing among on-site staff.... Employees should wear face coverings in court facilities at all times unless six feet social distancing is guaranteed.... Required employees to wear masks while in public spaces.... Employees will not travel for non-essential business.... The public will be screened by court approved personnel or security personnel prior to entering the court building.
