Operative words

All Childcare Centers develop and implement a daily screening program for all staff, children, parents, and visitors. Restrict all non-essential visitors from the daycare.... Procedures must be in place to take the temperature of all covered individuals.... This Order shall become effective on March 23, 2020 at 6:00 am and shall be effective until April 17, 2020.
