Operative words
THEREFORE, effective July 24, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. and continuing until rescinded, the Local Health Authority for Dallas County hereby imposes the following control measures on certain businesses operating in Dallas County: 1. The following businesses operating within Dallas County are required to cease all activities at facilities located within the County: a) Bars, nightclubs, bottle clubs, or other similar commercial establishments... which features persons who appear nude or semi-nude; and b) Cigar bars and cigar lounges.
