Operative words
Outdoor gatherings estimated to be in excess of 10 people are prohibited, consistent with amended Executive Order GA-28. a. This prohibition includes the gathering of people for sales of real property pursuant to Section 51.002 of the Texas Property Code, Section 34.01 of the Texas Property Tax Code, Section 34.041 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code on July 7, 2020 at the Bayou City Event Center.
