Operative words
1. By August 2, 2021, the Department shall require from each staff member working in a clinical setting: a. Proof of full vaccination...; or b. For any staff member who does not provide such proof: (i) Proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test (not an antibody test) at least once per week...; and (ii) Wearing a well-fitted face covering at all times while in the workplace... 2. By August 2, 2021, NYC Health + Hospitals shall require from each staff member: [the same].
