RESCIND and RESTATE my September 12, 2021 Order relating to COVID-19 vaccination for DOE employees, contractors, visitors, and others; and I hereby order that: 1. No later than September 27, 2021, or prior to beginning employment, the following individuals must provide proof of vaccination as described below: a. DOE staff must provide proof of vaccination to the DOE. b. City employees who work in-person in a DOE school setting, DOE building, or charter school setting must provide proof of vaccination to their employer. c.
