WHEREAS, in concert with the Governor's Executive Order No. 202.8, the Chief Administrative Judge of the State issued Administrative Order 78-20, dated March 22, 2020, directing that no papers could be accepted for filing by any court for a matter that was not on the list of matters deemed essential...; WHEREAS,... on May 20, 2020, the Chief Administrative Judge, by Administrative Order No. 114-20, permitted the acceptance of new filings to commence on May 25, 2020 in Nassau and Suffolk County... ORDERED, that pursuant to Governor's Executive Order No. 202.55, I hereby: (i) suspend Administrative Code s. 6-22.0 to the extent necessary to change the deadline from September 18, 2020 to October 16, 2020 for the County Assessor to complete the extension of taxes for 2020-2021 school district purposes...
