Enforcement

Predicate for Suffolk emergency orders under Executive Law s. 24

Notes

The earliest of the three suburban county declarations (Mar. 12, 2020, the same day as NYC's EEO 98). Suffolk's numbered 2020 emergency orders (county facility closures, school closure, park rules) were not located in any archive reached in this session and are not catalogued; the State's EO 202 series governed Suffolk businesses.
