Operative words

(2) Office locations, a maximum of 2 people per 1,000 square feet, provided that for those offices where remote work is impossible, employees may work at a density higher than 2 people per 1,000 so long as the actual density is the lowest possible needed to allow operations to continue.... E. This Order shall be effective on May 1, 2021 at 12:00 a.m., and shall expire on May 31, 2021 at 11:59 p.m., unless otherwise rescinded, superseded, or amended by further Order.
