Section 1. Additional Activities Permitted Under the Yellow Phase. a. All pools may be operated, provided CDC Guidance with respect to aquatic [venues is followed and subject to the] following occupancy limits for the pool and the area within the immediate vicinity of the pool: 50 people for an outdoor pool; 25 people for a pool enclosed within a [building]... b. The Philadelphia Zoo, except for indoor exhibition areas. c. Personal care and grooming services, including hair salons, barbershops, nail salons and similar services may operate at 50% occupancy and by appointment [only]... b. Failure to comply with this Order shall result in orders to cease operations and [penalties]... c. This Order shall remain in effect until rescinded, superseded, or amended by [further Order].
