Operative words

in light of the continuing health emergency and in order to safeguard the health and safety of court personnel, court users, prospective jurors and members of the public, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED that Jury Trials in the Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division-Criminal Section will be deferred until March 1, 2021, unless otherwise provided by this Court.
