Restaurants, nightclubs and bars shall be closed to the public as of 8:00 p.m., on Thursday, March 19, 2020, except for services of delivery or curbside pick-up options; Recreational and entertainment venues, such as comedy clubs, movie theatres, arcades and bowling alleys shall be closed to the public as of 8:00 p.m., on Thursday, March 19, 2020; Gymnasiums, fitness centers and work-out studios shall be closed to the public as of 1:00 p.m., on Thursday, March 19, 2020.
