Operative words

Effective immediately, every person in the City of Tucson over the age of five (5) is required to cover their nose and mouth with a face covering when in a public setting where continuous physical distancing is difficult or impossible. This requirement is put in place under Ordinance Number 11766 and will closely track Pima County's resolution passed on 6/19 at the Pima County Board of Supervisors' meeting.

Enforcement

Per Ordinance 11766 and the June 18 proclamation

Notes

Shows the City aligning the age threshold to the county's five-and-over rule after the Mayor's two-and-over proclamation.
